A Camera, a Cabin
& a little bit of magic.
I’ve always been drawn to the beautiful, curious, slightly unexpected things in life. These days, you’ll find me photographing people, chasing beautiful light, tending my garden, or making some cozy little thing just because I can.
I call an A-frame cabin tucked away in the woods of Northern Michigan home, where I spend my days surrounded by trees, creative projects, and a growing collection of needle-felted creations with absolutely no practical purpose.
You can usually find me wandering around Harbor Springs with my greyhound, Freya, or tucked inside with my cat, Yuki, making something, drawing something, or dreaming up my next creative project.
I’ve always been a creative wanderer. After years in design and art direction, I left my corporate career to travel solo with my camera for a year. I’ve traveled all over, but France is the one place that has always felt a little like home. Maybe it’s my French roots, the beautiful old buildings and winding streets, or simply the magic of sitting down with a good pain au chocolat. I love it there and secretly dream of living in France someday.
These days, I’m happiest making things, finding beautiful light, getting outside, and photographing people in ways that feel natural and true.
A little art. A little adventure. A little magic.

Sheri is an artist and a dear person. I commissioned her for a portrait session. I'm a fellow photographer and I needed someone who could pull off my particular vision, while capture my vibe in a single shot.
